Microblogging service Twitter launched in Hindi. In it blog-post Twitter clarify that. More important thing was that that the launching day! It was Hindi diwas (Hindi day) on which twitter launched it supporting for Hindi.
In one of the tweets Conrad Oldcorn, localisation and community manager at Twitter tweets "We just launched Twitter in Hindi on Hindi day! Woop!"

Twitter who recently crossed 100 millions users and had told in the same post where they posted it about the coming of Hindi to Twitter. Just it take 5 days afterward for them to launch Hindi version of twitter. In addition to Hindi twitter also had launched in Simplified and Traditional Chinese,Tagalog and Malay. This made total of 17 languages that supported by twitter.
