Recipe : Cook Potato chips and Penne pasta

Potato chips in Microwave oven

Ingredients:

Potato : 600g
Olive Oils : 2 Teaspoon
Slat and pepper : as per taste.

Method:

Slice the potatoes into thin round pieces. Mix it with the slat, pepper, oil in the bowl to have the coat even.
Place the potatoes in the single layer on the plate of the  microwave-proof  with a large size. Microwaves uncovered on high until some of them started or turned brown in color. Approx 2-3 minutes which depends on the thickness of chips and the power of microwave.
Turn the slices and microwave the same until brown color appear in the edge and they start looking crispy, approx 2-5 minutes.
Rearrange frequently the slices of chips to prevent the scorching and burn. After the chips got crispy brown as far the look transfer it to another plate, allow them to cool completely.

Penne pasta in arrabbiata sauce

Ingredients:

Teaspoon
Olive oil : 4 Teaspoon
Chopped garlic cloves : 3
Chopped tomatoes : 300 gm
Sliced olives : 2
Chilli flakes : 1/4 Teaspoon
Thyme : 1 Teaspoon
Chopped basil : 1 Teaspoon
Boiled & cooked penne pasta : 340 gm
Grated parmesan : 113 gm
Slat and pepper : as per taste.

Method:

To make the arrabbiata sauce : Pour some olive oil into a moderately hot pan.
Add garlic to it and stir for few seconds.
Add chopped tomatoes and rinsed olives to it.
Stir for  a few seconds and let cook for about five minutes.
Add chilli flakes to this. Season with the salt and pepper and add thyme and basil.
Stir for few seconds and add the cooked pasta to this mixture.
Stir well so that pasta is thoroughly coated with the sauce.
Serve hot.
