Google bought German Daily Deal

Daily Deal a company which work on the same (a clone) of what Groupon did has been bought by Google. It was announced in message by the company off-course in English too. There is no announcement made so far from the Google with reagard to this and also the acquired price and other details has not been mentioned by Daily Deal.
