Apple says they inspired Andy Rubin for Android

Apple in an ITC filling says that Andy Rubin, the founder of  Android OS was inspired while he was working at Apple as a low-level engineer.

What Apple says

Android and Mr. Rubin's relevant background does not start, as HTC would like the Commission to believe, with his work at General Magic or Danger in the mid-1990s. In reality, as the evidence revealed at the hearing, Mr. Rubin began his career at Apple in the early 1990s and worked as a low-level engineer specifically reporting to the inventors of the '263 [realtime API] patent at the exact time their invention was being conceived and developed.

Apple came to these word after the first complaint by HTC. Rubin had worked in Apple long before the arrival of smart-phones, in early 90's. Now Apple which is suing Google over the patents will go for direct legal fight. Apple is too aggressive toward it and it is believe that there is so much proof so Apple can destroy the Android.
If Apple able to win the battle then it might be bad news for the Android fans. The history of Andy Rubin is what going to be more important. Apple telling that he worked for the team as low-level engineer and was not himself full creator.
