VTU added new Website for showing results with sms and email alert

VTU (Visvesvaraya Technological University) website, which had to suffer alots when results are out. Due to heavy load on the site many of student unable view their result and have to load again and again which frustrate. Overcapacity of site now will be reduced as VTU had announced a new website separate for the results only. The new site is  "http://www.vtu-results.com/" which is now a separate domain instead of sub-domain as previously we have (results.vtu.ac.in). 
The New website is launched just now and will helpful to the student and also it will not crash VTU main site (http://www.vtu.ac.in/ ). They also had added to additional links in case of overcapacity those are Result1 and Result2.


VTU had given more to their student (heart breaking too), you can have result to you mobile phone just need to type "START VTURESULTS BELGAUM" and send it to "09223050606". Afterward follow the instruction to provide the infromation like of your USN. Note: You will be charge for this message and VTU is not going to pay :-)


VTU had also introduced email by subscription which is powered by Google FeedBurner. This will not send you the result but will give the updates about the results. The various dates and other information related to result will be directly came in to your inbox. There is subscription box in left corner juts put your mail and stay updated.
