New Google Docs Apps for Android

Google had launched  the New Doc Apps  for the Android Mobiles. See Android market

New Features: 

• We can access our documents, data spreadsheets, and presentations without going in to the phone’s web browser, within the Apps.
• Filtering and searching for your content across any Google account had became more flexible
• You can directly  upload content from your phone and open documents from Gmail
• A widget can be added to home screen with option of  jumping to your starred documents, taking a photo to upload, or creating a new document with one tap.
• Now with your phone camera you will be able to turn photo with text into editable google document using ‘Document from Photo' or by selecting the camera icon from the widget. This technology is marked by optical character recognition (OCR).
• The new App will work on  Android 2.1+ phones and is available in English only.
