Google unleashed the offline access to Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Docs. With the Chrome Apps these can be access even without the internet connection. Thanks to the HTML5 which Google used to build these Apps.

gmailoffline

Gmail offline Apps is now available to install, starting today at Chrome web store while the Google Calendar and Google Docs will be roll-out  in the coming week. These HTML5-powered app is based on the Gmail web app for tablets, which was built to function with or without web access. With Google Calendar and Google Docs it would be easy to toggle between on and offline modes. Unfortunately like viewing the events  RSVP to appointments, documents and spreadsheets Google has not come with offline editing for them.

Google has it Chrome OS and Chrome web browser which mean to compete in the market. With the offline capable Apps Google is supporting it Chrome Book. Also these effort is part of Google support or favor for the HTML5.

The two level of reading was concerned from them the macro and the micro levels. They taught how to solve the comprehension in easy manner and think in the right direction to choose most appropriate answer.

And Second half

In second half of the training conduction the GD was meant. It was funny fuss over there and we have around 4 of the GD conducted with different students. They told about the process of GD and it's various kinds of topics. They tell the manner of the starting debating pointing the expression out of the person. Many aspects of the GD was explained and the doubt were clarified.

Google paying $500 million for rogue drug ad claims

In one of the highest settlement in the US, Google had agreed to pay $500 million for taking ads from 'rogue online Canadian pharmacies' in the high-profile dispute with the Department of Justice. It is the gross revenue received by Google as a result of Canadian pharmacies advertising through it's AdWords program.

"The Department of Justice will continue to hold accountable companies who in their bid for profits violate federal law and put at risk the health and safety of American consumers," said Deputy Attorney General James M. Cole. "This settlement ensures that Google will reform its improper advertising practices with regard to these pharmacies while paying one of the largest financial forfeiture penalties in history."

Google announced in a February 2010 blog post that it would no longer allow Canadian pharmacies to advertise to U.S. customers

"We banned the advertising of prescription drugs in the U.S. by Canadian pharmacies some time ago," a spokesman for the company said in an e-mail. "However, it's obvious with hindsight that we shouldn't have allowed these ads on Google in the first place."

Verification on Google+ for Profiles

Googleplus verification badges
Like Twitter now Google+ has introduced the verified account. On Saturday Google announced it via Wen-Ai Yu the Google+ team member, who explained about the verification on her Google+ post
Google rolling verification badges on profiles with a 'tick' mark which is shown right of  the name of the profile owner. When user mouse over that 'tick' mark they will see 'verified name' pop-out. Thus the Google+ will have verified name which mean they are focusing on the name for a real identity. I mean to say profile owner is one one who mean to be.

The verification badges will be for popular profiles. "For now, we’re focused on verifying public figures, celebrities, and people who have been added to a large number of Circles, but we’re working on expanding this to more folks." what Wen-Ai Yu says. As she says it will expand to roll for folks mean other peoples is unlike what twitter has done. If this happen Google+ will be more spam free. But when this will open to all? She also not tell how the verification process work out.

Blogger not showing Posts for stats

Blogger not showing post and pages
As You login to your blogger for checking the stats of your blog, you will notice that Blogger is not showing the posts that has been viewed on the stat.
It is good if you just look around the stats for the week. There you will not find any hassle. They are giving proper info about the stats of the blog including the  page-views, traffics, sources and the post and pages that are viewed. But the problem came when you try to access the information about the 'day' or the 'now'. There all things including the page-views and traffic are shown but pages or post that are viewed is not mad available. You will find 'no stats yet, check back later'.
What kind of problem is this never know, i think this is temporary problem but it now more than 24 hour I getting the same message as i check the 'post' for the 'day' or 'now' section of the stats page. Hope this will be back to normal soon. You may remember few months back when blogger was out of cloud for nearly more than 4-5 hours.

Google doodles showing last theorem founded by Pierre de Fermat's on his 410th birth aniverssary

Google Doodle dedicating Pierre de Fermat's on his 410th birth aniverssary

On the 410th birth anniversary of famous French  mathematician Pierre de Fermat, Google is showing a special Doodles which is based on the Pierre de Fermat's last theorem.

The Doodle is featuring fainted Google logo, with the Pierre de Fermat's theorem written on the black board with chalk. The logo of Google has been incorporated in such a way that it looks that it has been erased. If you click the doodle, it will take you to Google search page with search keyword 'Pierre de Fermat'.

More about the doodle is that Google made it little funny. Pierre de Fermat in his copy of book  Arithmetica "I have discovered a truly remarkable proof but this margin is too small to contain it",  wrote on the margin. To copy mark  it Google Doodle shows "I have discovered a truly marvelous proof of this theorem, which this doodle is too small to contain." when user mouse-over it.

Google Doodle showing Fermat's line in funny way

The  Fermat's last theorem which is his best known work  is too called as Fermat's great theorem. It states that  'no three positive integers x, y, and z can satisfy the equation xn + yn = zn where n is an integer greater than two'.
i.e  xn + yn ≠  zn  for n>2 , x>0, y>0

Pierre de Fermat was born on  17 August 1601 and died on January 12, 1665. He was a lawyer as well as mathematician. He studied at University of Toulouse and Bordeaux.Fermat was the first person known to have evaluated the integral of general power functions.  Most of his theorem had no proof and so Gauss and other mathematician doubt on him but Isaac Newton wrote that his own early ideas about calculus came directly from Fermat's way of drawing tangents

Google acquiring Motorola Mobility for $12.5bn

Google acquiring Motorola Mobility

Google the search giant had announced to  acquiring Motorola Mobility for  $12.5bn. In a Blogpost company's CEO, Larry Page told this.
Now Google not remain just a software company, it has more work than just giving a platform. The acquisition came to boost the Android. Larry says that acquiring Motorola will supercharge Android ecosystem and is a step  to save anti-competitive patent attacks on Android from Microsoft, Apple and other companies.
Google is buying Motorola with share price of $40. The process of acquisition  is expected to get completed by the either end of the 2011 or may be at beginning of 2012. Motorola Mobility is owing  more than 17,000 patents and about 7500 is in progress, so it was best deal for Google to acquire for boosting Android. Also this deal will help Google in regard to it's patent problem in which it is losing the all aspect.
Google has also said, it will not change it mind over the Android as open source. Android will serve as open source through company have it own manufacturing belt.
"This acquisition will not change our commitment to run Android as an open platform. Motorola will remain a licensee of Android and Android will remain open." -Larry Page
Truly the patent war is own and now Google to had weapon to play with. The Patent from the Motorola surely help Google in protecting it partners from attack from the Apple and Microsoft who are taking money from them. ( Microsoft demanded $15 for each phone on android platform from Samsung). But the question is that just for patent paying such a huge amount it is right? Put you comment and tell.
