Google+ ban user with common names

Make sure that your name is meeting the requirement of the Google+ Names Policy, if not Google may ban your profile.
Google+ has decide that they will not allow people with nicknames,  pseudonyms , mixed language names, non-real names, non-human names etc. In a post on Google+ by Saurabh Sharma, product manager on the Google+ team mentioned about this. As in past Google+ had suspended few of the profiles that violates its Common  Names Policy, this had lead to alredy a chaos. To resolve this issue they came back with effective idea. Those user with name not inline with Common  Names Policy will not get four day to resolve the issue and after that it will be banned. In that four of time user have to rename and submit it, but user can use Google+ in that period too.

Thought Google+ is trying to have a spam free database but it not possible because one and another way people will do make out such things. Also this will led to fallback for the Google+ and user will petend not to go there. Well it good to have spam free but, will it help to compete where Facebook is leading the ground?
